Mozilo Loses Bid to Have SEC Case Dismissed

A federal judge rejected a request by Angelo Mozilo, the former CEO and founder of Countrywide Financial Corp., to dismiss a Securities and Exchange Commission lawsuit accusing him of securities fraud and insider trading.
